In case of defective products, we need to report the current condition to the manufacturer, so customers must send photographs of the defective parts via email. The following information is also required:
Whether damage can be confirmed on the packaging box

We do not accept any returns or exchanges for bicycles due to customer convenience.
If products are unilaterally returned by cash-on-delivery without our or the manufacturer’s consent, we will refuse to accept them.

Product structural support will be handled by manufacturer support.
We will have manufacturer specialists confirm the issue, and if it is determined to be an initial defect, we will respond with repair, parts replacement, product exchange, etc.
Initial defects, warranty, exchange, and repair of bicycle frames will be handled by manufacturer support according to manufacturer warranty.
For product inquiries, please contact manufacturer support as listed in the warranty card.
Since ordered products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, we cannot accept any cancellations or changes after ordering.
For special reasons approved by our store, cancellation or change fees (cancellation + change handling fee of 3,000 yen) will be charged to the customer.
For cancellations or changes on the shipping day, regardless of whether shipped or not, customers will be charged 3,000 yen + round-trip shipping costs.
For packages returned due to long-term absence, storage period expiration, etc., cancellation fees (3,000 yen + round-trip shipping costs) will be charged.
We do not provide initial defect confirmation or warranty at our store.
We do not guarantee repair costs for repairs made without consent from our store or manufacturer.
Returns and exchanges will be handled at the delivery address specified at the time of order.
Regardless of the reason (incorrect shipment, initial defects, etc.), neither our store nor manufacturer employees will provide on-site repair or exchange services at customer-specified locations.
We do not provide replacement products during exchange or repair periods.
We do not compensate for customer labor or provide compensation for labor-related damages.
Products are inspected and adjusted at the factory before shipment, but adjustments may be affected by vibrations during transport.
While customers can make adjustments themselves, products are delivered assuming professional bicycle shop maintenance.
Readjustments are not covered under warranty.
Products are packaged to prevent damage during shipping, but minor damage (scratches or dents) or misalignment of parts (fenders, handlebars, etc.) may occur during transport.
Minor scratches are not covered under initial defect warranty.
The cooling-off period does not apply to internet sales as customers place orders at their own discretion.

We cannot guarantee delivery exactly as specified due to traffic conditions, weather conditions, and other circumstances. We cannot provide compensation in such cases.
For fastest delivery, please order without specifying a date.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free. However, Hokkaido, Okinawa, and other remote islands may be unavailable for shipping or require additional shipping fees. Please contact us for details.
Delivery Schedule
Products will be shipped within 1-7 business days after payment confirmation or order acceptance.
If orders are concentrated, out of stock, or due to weekends, holidays, and consecutive holidays including our store’s closure days, and we cannot ship within 1-7 business days, we will notify customers through our website’s top page, email, or phone depending on the situation.
International Delivery
We do not provide international delivery services.
◆ All product deliveries are made at the entrance/doorstep. We cannot provide unpacking, assembly, or installation services.
◆ When ordering large products, please confirm in advance whether the product can pass through entrances, doorways, etc.
◆ We cannot accept order cancellations if delivery is impossible due to inability to bring products inside.
◆ Do not use products for purposes other than their intended use. We cannot be held responsible for injuries resulting from use.
◆ When delivering large products, delivery drivers may request customer support during transport. If support is not possible, additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance.
◆ We do not provide disposal services for previously used furniture.
Except for bicycles marked “Fully Assembled,” bicycles are delivered 70-90% assembled. Customers need to attach pedals, saddles, baskets, adjust handlebars, and install various accessory parts.
Except for structural problems with the product, we do not accept warranty or returns for “inability to assemble” or “unclear instruction manuals.”
While customers can perform assembly work such as attaching pedals, saddles, baskets, and adjusting handlebars for some products (excluding certain items), products are delivered assuming professional bicycle shop maintenance.
Brake adjustments remain in factory condition, and customers must install parts such as stands.
Simple tools necessary for assembly are included (※Some products may require a Phillips screwdriver, so please prepare one).
Tire air pressure is delivered low. If delivered with rideable air pressure, products may bounce during transport causing damage or punctures. We do not accept requests for delivery with rideable air pressure.
Final maintenance and adjustment by a bicycle shop is recommended. Please be careful when giving as gifts or presents.
Our store does not take responsibility for assembly and adjustment.
Customers must complete crime prevention registration themselves at nearby bicycle shops or police stations by filling in personal information on the sales certificate.
Crime prevention registration is legally required (Bicycle Law Article 12, Paragraph 3) when purchasing a bicycle or receiving one from friends, etc.
Please complete the procedure at the nearest bicycle retailer.
Crime prevention registration system details may vary by region.
For unclear points about the crime prevention registration system, please consult your local police station.
We do not handle bicycle crime prevention registration. Customers must complete registration themselves.
Please complete crime prevention registration at nearby bicycle retailers, home centers, or large bicycle stores.
(Some individual bicycle shops may refuse. We recommend inquiring in advance.)
Crime prevention registration fees vary by region but typically cost 500-1,000 yen.
Note: Frame numbers are not managed by our store or the shipping manufacturer. Even if you do not complete crime prevention registration, please check and keep a record of the frame number.
